Very Best Chocolate Frosting

Hello world! It’s been a long time since I’ve posted on my site. Almost a year! A lot has happened since my last post and I’m not going to bore you with stories of my life or any of that jazz.
Normally, I don’t share my top secret recipes with everyone but since we are in the mist of a global health pandemic I figured why the hell not!!  So here it is people!!

Very Best Chocolate Frosting
2- sticks salted butter (softened)
8 ounce package of cream cheese (softened)
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 pounds powdered sugar
2/3 C unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4- 1 C heavy cream
In a large mixing bowl cream together the butter and the cream cheese until smooth.
Add the vanilla and 1/2 cup of the heavy cream and beat on medium until smooth and fluffy.
Add the cocoa powder and and mix well until blended and smooth. Then add the powdered sugar and mix well. Add heavy cream until smooth and desired consistency.
Whip on high for about five minutes until lightened in color and nice and fluffy.
